Check engine light and other. State Inspection.
Been a happy customer for 4 years. As usual they did a great job on my vehicle. I feel save, because they do such a good job of going over my vehicle's. They find things that show you about safety, that prove they care about you & safety. They have done things on my car's, that they didn't charge me for, as a courtesy. Love 'em.

Just had it inspected a few months prior - they should have advised me that I needed brakes.
I'm a loyal customer taking our two vehicles to Milez for routine maintenance and tires. I had it inspected a few months ago and they did not mention anything needing service. When I took it to Jiffy Lube to get an oil change, they noticed my brakes needed to be replaced. Well, it turns out that when I took it back to Milez, that I needed new brake pads and rotors. Had they advised me about the brakes at inspection, I would have taken care of it then and probably would not have needed rotors.

Excellent service and friendly staff
Mile'z staff was very efficient in performing an 85,000-mile checkup for my Toyota Corolla 2014. I was in and out within an hour. They also diagnosed why the tire pressure signal was always "on" and replaced a faulty detector in one of the tires. On another occasion, they helped me put on a hub cap without charge. I highly recommend their consistently excellent and friendly service.

Lack of trust
I was VERY disappointed when, while Milez garage was experiencing an internet outage, they would not allow me to pick up my car. I realize the bill was quite high; however, I had been a customer of Milez for over 3 years, having had three state inspections done, a radiator flush, and several oil changes. They have my address/phone number; yet I had to wait another day to pick up the car, resulting in my missing an appointment.
