Service has deteriorated significantly with new service personnel who have no clue of automobiles, does not check history but randomly advise with the only objective of increasing revenue. Caught them twice. Been a 20 yr customer but time to shift

Expensive and slow work
I was unimpressed by the work at the service this time. I thought they had experts, but they took hours (and several hundreds dollars) to diagnose my car's issue. They also kept my car for more than a week.

This has been a running theme over the last couple years, service always takes much longer than they tell me. I have taken my Truck only to Michales for 10 years. It is hard to plan your day when you are told 1 hour and it takes 3.

Added some new random charges to the oil change
Speed of service was good but in the end I had some additional bogus charges appear on the statement that made the price go up 20% from previous oil change.
Guess its too hard not to scam people as a dealership.
