Superb Service from Ryan
Ryan, my service provider, was excellent. His demeanor was upbeat and he had helpful and appropriate answers to my questions. He got me an uber ride from and back to the service center, which was very convenient for me. They replaced many items under my extended warranty which was also great. Inspections were thorough and well explained.
Thank you Ryan and the crew for making my dreaded car service a pleasure.

Don't try to con me into overpriced tires during an oil change
Service was fine, it was an oil change. But then some guy tries to convince me one of my tires is wearing unevenly, so should pay for an $400 alignment and replace 4 tires at $500 per tire. Went to discount tire, no uneven wenoar, and tires were fine, and even if I was to replace, same tires were 40% less expensive. Just pls stick to the Oil Change Michael's Toyota.

Scheduling the maintenance service was quick via a phone call. Advisor was able to explain what had to be fixed with the car and gave me options if I choose to deal with the none critical issues at a later date. Since the repair was plan for an entire day, the advisor asked if I needed a ride home and back to the dealership to pick up the car. As soon as said yes, he immediately texted for an uber to take me home and back.

I appreciate that they were able to get me in quickly, diagnose the issue, and provide me with a loaner vehicle. The repairs were costly, however the convenience of everything made up for it. My service advisor was friendly and responsive.

Drop in battery change
Service team was extremely welcoming and swift in accommodating a sudden drop in service appointment to replace my battery. I was anticipating a long wait time, which I didn't mind since they had fresh baked cookies and coffee in the show room for waiting; however, the team was able to complete it during a no show appointment and my total wait time was only 1.5 hours.
