Lemon. Car issues
I didn’t have the car for a week before it stopped working. Called the dealer and got nothing but rude comments and unprofessional responses, went a month without the car. They gave me excuses for 3 weeks before getting a rental. Fast forward 6 months and the car is once again broken down with no warning.

Big liars have lawyer on retainer period!
Don't trust these people they liars and frauds! They don't treat your car with car! Marco the service manager is a straight joke! Don't like nobody there be very careful don't get bullied! I'm posting all court documents afterwards and video! Don't trust these people be very scared if you leave your car there for a longtime! Go check on it everyday! Time for war!!

Fairly satisfied
Kathy was nice and attentive. Frustration arised due to the extended wait time which in all honesty was insane compared to other dealers but worth it at the end. I appreciate everyone’s effort and attention

Worst experience ever
You buy a car that says clean title and it is not it has structural damage they don’t show you the carfax and slip a paper between documents without you even noticing or they tell you, won’t ever buy a car here neither recommend anybody

Absolutely terrible
If I could Give zero stars I would. Dishonest, uncaring internet sales staff, telling you you’re approved when you’re not. I gave full disclosure of my situation to Milly the rep, letting her know that my family and I live an hour away with two small children, one being special needs, so I didn’t want to make the trip for nothing. She assured me we were approved to get any vehicle we wanted, literally her words. Wasted two hours there and back of driving for the sales manager to say she didn’t know what she was talking about, and for the salesman to say she should be fired. Will she? Doubt it. I’m the one that lost a whole evening and a half of tank of gas because of this company’s dishonesty and nasty sales tactics.

Waiting two days for my car
I put down 9 thousand for a 2019 Nissan Maxima they told me no later then noon the next day the car would be ready after they inspected it and no one has tried to contact me i called my sales person David and never received a call back now I have to wait until the morning to leave with the vehicle terrible service

Scammers
DO NOT CONDUCT ANY BUSINESS WITH MIAMI CAR CREDIT. This place in untrustworthy, fraudulent work ethics and has absolutely no integrity. Their word is unreliable and meaningless. Don't deal with these jokers who just care about making a quick buck and could care less about their reputation or their patrons.

The way he was talen advantage of just to make a sale...as always Car Dealer Crooks
My son purchase a used car and on the same day he came home a sensor light comes up ...called them to report and told him to make an appointment with the service department. Here it is 2 weeks in finally get the appt leave the car there for 3 days and pay $369 and drive off with the car and guess what sensor light is back on again ...go there sales say its a service problem and advise me to voice my concerns with mgr...then someone else calls my son and ask as if he are oh we will provide a loner and what they fix is on warranty but now he comes back and they tell him he needs to pay $100 again for a diagnostic...and guess what maybe its another sensor but you guys are professional and you should know this....why should we drive off a 2nd time and it still has the same problem and they claim they fix only 1 sensor but we had to pay $369 and it hasnt even been a month since we purchased this car

Just a bad experience
So I had the worst experience with buying a car here . I reached to the general manager with this email and was waiting for a response but nothing came . I’m posting that email that explains my ordeal.


To whom it may concern ,
My name is James and I had purchased a car from Miami car credit on January 6th 2021 from Aymen. The car we are speaking about is a 2019 Dodge Journey with 13 k miles. The car is still under factory warranty . The car was waiting when I arrived . Did initial inspection of car, listened to it run, checked under the hood, took it for a spin around the block (literally 30 second drive going no faster than 40) and return to dealership. Everything seemed okay except a few dents on the exterior and some crystals put near the radio on the dash by previous owner . Do all the paper work and take the car home . Well at least I try to .
I live 50 minutes north of where I bought the car. At the light turning into my complex, I was waiting for it to turn and was looking at the gauges trying to switch through the functions and realized the thermostat was slowly climbing . It reached a certain point and stopped . I had a chance to snap a photo because I wanted to call aymen and show him . I start to move and the temperature starts to drop and I pull into my house . I’m no mechanic but I do have some knowledge of cars (can change breaks oil starters alternators easy repairs etc ) . Also when I was driving home, the wheel was vibrating and I don’t mean like a little shake it was literally like a vibration that went through the wheel and into my body . I could feel it. And yes there’s more . When I reached over 60 mph I could hear like wind coming through the dash . So I was not too happy whenever I pulled into my house. I got out of the car and opened the hood because I could hear a ticking noise and wanted to see where it was coming from . The belt looked very shakey and I couldn’t tell . I called aymen he sent a tow truck and it was taken to the dodge dealership. I explained every issue to him that I wanted looked at. Two days go by and I get a phone call saying it was a bad thermostat that they would fix it I asked how long they said 2-3 days asked if I needed a rental I said no I still have my other car no problem . I also than began to ask them about the other issues and they stated they had no idea about them and would add them into notes and they will take a look. About a week goes by and I hear nothing so I call into Miami car credit for an update and am told that they are behind at dodge and it would be a little longer but it’s going to get fixed . I asked about the other issues and they stated that they had no idea about 2 out of the 3 additional issues (again). They insisted they added them this time and it would get taken care of . A couple days go by and I reach out again . This time I speak to the manager Gary who once again didn’t know of the other issues and wrote them down . Explained that dodge is behind and it’s taking awhile and insured me everything is being taking care of . AGAIN . This is the third time . Fast forward to January 20th . Remember I had purchased the car on the 6th. I can’t wait any longer and wanted the rental , that aymen said I can get anytime my car comes in for a repair (lie). It gets explained to me that since under warranty still the dealer would have to issue a rental and that even if it was Miami car credit issuing the rental that they can’t issue it for more than 7 days if the repairs would take longer than that ? So when I bought the car did aymen misspeak ? Or just didn’t disclose all the information ? But Anywho I understand the rental issue and would have to just go get my car and take it to dodge myself and than get a rental from them . Okay no problem whatever . I talk to Gary and he explains that he pushed it through to get the thermostat done and there’s a huge wait and they fixed the main concern of why the car was brought in and I would have to take it back to DOdge at a later date for the other concerns . I explained to him that ticking from the engine is a main concern and I wanted it looked at I didn’t care how long it would take I just wanted it looked at and fixed . That I wanted a rental car . Said their policy wouldn’t let them do it the whole policy thing again . That I could pick the car up and take it to dodge . Like you can start to see my frustrations right ? Just wait they keep getting better . I called aymen explained my frustrations he said he would do what he can and call me back . He sends me a text message .couldn’t even call me back ? Well I’m glad he text me because now you can see the message . And he responded a hour after I called him . Saying the car was fixed. The main concern and I could take it back to dodge later . I call my wife to see what time she would be home so we could go get it . I had to wait till today , the 27th, to go get it because this is my only day off . I work at the ... hotel I am a chef . I work 6 days a week 12 hrs a day . Just a little back story about me so you can see my next frustrations . I told you they get better . I deal with customer relations and customer satisfaction on a daily . Hundreds and hundreds of people . There’s not only a way you should conduct business but a way you deal with customers . I leave my house at 830 am today with my 7 week pregnant wife and 9 month old baby to run and pick up my car . I arrive around 9:10. I go into the service department and say hi my name is james tony I’m here to pick up my car . Respond with what kind of car ? I answer . She says oh yeah it’s hanging . The guy grabs the board looks at me and says 150 dollars . Excuse me ? I’m not paying anything . This is a brand new car that i haven’t even had for one day. Hell one hour . I’m not paying anything . She apologized it was the wrong vehicle one second . She gets Gary he comes out and proceeds to tell me my car isn’t even there it’s at the dealership ?! WHAT ?! I’m furious . He asked who told me to come pick up the car I said you told me it was done and aymen sent me a message and I showed him the message . Gets defensive and than says I should of clarified where it was etc. as I’m talking to Gary I get another message from aymen saying the mecahic confirmed the noise and they were going to look at it andlook at getting me a loaner from dodge ?! WHATTTT?? Wait what ?!?! So I’m pissed off . Gary’s keeps trying to argue with me about my frustrations dosent listen to anything I have to say than explains to me that he’s going to make it right . To take a seat . We wait for 20 minutes and he comes back with an employee. He explained to me that The employee will go with us to the dealership to make sure everything is smooth we get our rental and everything is taken care of . Thanks ? I guess . Now I have to drive another 30 minutes to the dealership when this was suppose to be a in and out thing . At least I thought so : I arrive at the dealership go to the service department and the employee from car credit and dodge associate talk . They talk about talking to each other yesterday about the blown engine and getting me a rental . And the dodge associate,shakira Ramos 954 297 9634, explained to him that she had to get it approved through the power train or something that she can’t issue a rental until that’s time stamped . So now I’m furious. Not at the dodge dealer but at Miami car credit and the way this whole thing was handled . The Miami CC guy goes outside to make a call and I start asking the shakira girl questions . A blown engine ? She confirmed . I than ask about the other issues and she stated she had no idea of the other issues asked if she was serious she said yeah and than put them into the computer for me . SHE ONLY KNEW ABOUT THE THERMOSTAT AND TICKING ?! Why?! I asked 3 times at Miami CC and with Gary to make sure they were taken care of . The guy comes back inside and she asks if wanted to take Miami cc off the ticket and add me on there . I WASNT EVEN LISTED ?! how could dodge contact me ? Why didn’t Miami CC give me their information if they weren’t dealing with the car ? She puts my info in my car gives me her card and says I can contact her anytime her personal cell . And apologized . I explained to her this was not her doing or even dodge that it was Miami cc and this situation is terrible . Remember I haven’t had the car for over an hour . I’m driving home with my wife because she has our first doctors appt for the baby and I call aymen. He instantly gets defensive and argumentative and says he never told me to come get the car and that I should of called . Like this is MY FAULT? Are you serious ? He gets all sort of attitudes with him and tell him I want to reach out the the general manager and I needed Gary’s number as well . He said he would text them to me . I try to call Gary and someone answers saying he is in a meeting that I could leave my name and number I explained that I needed to speak to him it was urgent and the employee starts laughing and says “okay baby boy if you wanna sit hurr on hold be it “ I explain to him I’m not his baby boy and that’s not the way you address someone and he laughs and responds with since you want me to be all polite sir I’ll put you on hold . I wait on hold for 10 minutes and get hung up on . Gary calls me back 30 minutes later and once again gets all defensive and argumentative . I explained to him that I am frustrated how the whole situation was handled the lack of communication across the board and than explained to him how his employee spoke . I explained that no one is taking blame for anything that happened and everyone is defensive and blaming other people and that I just wanted the issues taken care of and informed and how information wasn’t passed along and my concerns I guess weren’t that important. And how he sent me to get a rental I couldn’t even get yet . And no one said I’m sorry or apologized for anything that happened except one lady in service department names Laura gonzalaez(I believe) she was the only person to say I’m sorry ?! He than stated to say I’m right he will take it on the chin and make it right . That he would personally get me a car today brought up to my house ? So they are giving me a loaner (which should of been done from the beginning. I did drop 21k. And they sold me a bad car ). I hope that this message dosent get skimmed across and the time is taken to actually read it . This is hands down the worst experience I have ever encountered . EVER. Am I mad that I bought a car that had multiple issues after driving for 45 minutes ? Sure. But it’s under factory warranty and I paid a pretty penny for the premium warranty you guys offer . Whatever it will get fixed . I’m more upset at the way this was handled and the lack of owning up to the major faults in this whole situation. I have paid for a months insurance and also have made a payment and than some . My next payment isn’t due till March . And I haven’t even had the car yet ?! No body offered to do anything to try and right the situation . Nothing was offered . Not even an apology. Can you believe that ? I know it’s hard to comprehend . I can’t either . I had to threaten to write this email and review and than Gary said he would make it right . I guess better than late . I will be attaching photos for you to look at as well including screenshots of messages from ayden . I hope this reaches you . I know my review won’t cripple your company . That’s not my plan or my desire. I just want the situation to get addressed and for you to be aware of what went on. I know, as a leader, I would want to know what was going on in my business . This is something I live by and it’s whenever a problem or situation occurs for me at work I don’t get upset at what went wrong or who did what. I can’t because they don’t know . But once I address the issue and it dosent get fixed or it keeps happening I get upset because now they know . I’m going to let you address the situation and I’ll act from there. If I don’t hear back from you in 3 days I’ll finally leave my review for Miami cc . And once again this is not personal it’s not to try to put a bad name on the business it’s my honest experience and no one should have to deal with what I went through . I appreciate if you took the time to read this ! Sincerely

we bought a used car back in 2019 a 2016 Kia optima not the original car we were looking to buy but the Sales manager insisted that the Kia was a better deal for my Daughter, the manager insisted so much that this was the best deal for us that we entertained the sales pitch they put the deal together and was shown the car fax. fast forward two years my Daughter attempted to trade the car in to a Kia dealership and the car fax was checked, the car turns out to be a rebuild and has no trade in value for any reputable dealerships, the care back having substantial structural damaged both in front and rear end.. thinking back on the day of the purchase they only presented us with the first page of the car fax report very shady on their part they knew exactly what they were doing .. I would never recommend this palace to anyone they are not trustworthy.. DO NOT SPEND YOU MONEY IN THIS PLACE

Great staff
I didn't think I would be able to walk out of there with a car. i'd been to about 3 dealers but what made the difference was that i got blessed with a great salesman. Gus and the staff involved made sure they did everything possible to get me in the specific car I wanted. everything was fast and very organized, very smooth process... everything was very clean I have no complaints. I came out with a great deal. thanks Gus !

Waste of time
I made an inquiry online and have been communicating for a few weeks about a car... was reassured on the documents and everything I needed. Once I get there that wasn’t the case Rolando didn’t put in effort in to helping me . I brung check stubs , license everything that was asked even down payment with my trade in . Was a waste of time and gas don’t waste your time.
