I had recently just got a car off their lot and I haven’t even had it 3 months or put 10,000 miles on it and the car is already acting up and breaking down. Out of my own pocket, not including labor fees, is over $400 to fix one problem. I called the service desk and he basically told me I’d have to pay just to have them look at it and even if they did find something wrong with it I’d have to pay. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE. Theyll sell you a lemon and blame you for why it’s not running properly. They’ll cheat you out of everything you have and there’s nothing you can do about it

Service Department
We were on a road trip when the engine light in the truck popped up. We stopped at the dodge dealer in Los Lunas NM and had the best experience. The service department was super informative and honest with us. Highly recommended , super nice people.
everything is good (so far). it seems that to refill the trany, the new fluid may get spilled on top of the intake manifold (top of engine). the mechanic wiped it up but I could still see that fluid dripped here and there. the procedure may need to include a way to avoid this spillage. I haven't been able to look at the underside of the car, so I can't report on what the trany pan and the differential may look like.
And with a recall for airbags and the technician Took me right in and gave me an approximate time it would be done. It was actually ready earlier than expected – Great job!
