Nice Place-Rude Service ‘Manager’
Busy on Friday! When I got there, there was a line at the front, as it was a Friday, but Came in with a Groupon oil change and was politely checked in by the girl. The older desk guy or ‘service manager’ at the front needs to work on being nicer to the young lady working next to him. All she wanted to do is help out with the surplus of people coming up to the front desk but she had to get shut down by an older folk. Where is the owner when this happens?
