Saphar said he had a gas leak in his vehicle. He went to the facility to have the vehicle looked at, he wanted to know what was going on. He said the front desk employee said it was going to be $154 for the cost just for looking at the vehicle. Saphar said no one informed him in advance that there was a fee to look at the vehicle. Ron reduced this charge to $75. Saphar says if they wanted to charge labor cost for looking at vehicle they need to let people know there is going to be a fee before doing something.
