Best Around
Brought my 2006 Subaru in for a scraping sound when turning right. Turned out to be the front brakes were shot. Quoted a fair price and worked was competed timely. Highly recommend!

Amazing Visit as Usual
Had the hardest time with the engine not running properly. Thought it was going to be thousands and it was only 760. Got it done earlier than anticipated and were so friendly as always everyone there.

Mike is always looking out for the customer in diagnostics, explaining of work to be done and why, and will only proceed when advised. He's a people person !
Skylar and crew are friendly, very knowledgeable, and prompt at getting the job done quick and right the first time.
I recommend Mastercraft on Bay Ave if you want expert work, in timely manner by expert people !!!

Honest!
It was so refreshing to meet someone, especially in an emergency situation that was incredibly kind, honest, professional and friendly! Especially as a woman where in my 40 years experience most mechanics attempt to take advantage, thinking they’re not as knowledgeable.
Not to mention the cleanliness of the toilet in the bathroom of a bay garage 😍

Best Mechanics Ever
The friendliest customer service, the quick turn around in repairs and they never over sell you. Honestly the best mechanics I have every used. I will remain a loyal customer as long as I have a vehicle.
