Efficient and caring.
We live 50–60 minutes away from Master Techs. A busy schedule prevented us from meeting our scheduled service date on our Volvo xc70 ; however, returning from Greensboro I phoned Wes Benson at Master Techs to see if he could work us in for service on our return trip. On short notice, Master text, fortunately had an opening to work us into today’s schedule., saving us time and money since it eliminated a 90 miles round trip. Excellent service from people who care.

If You Want Experience Volvo Technicians Master Tech is the Place to Go.
I have been going to Master Tech for 13 years. I have always been satisfied with their service. They are courteous , respectful and listen to what your problem is. The Volvo Technicians know how a Volvo is suppose to run no matter what the age of the car is. I have a 2007 S40 and a 2006 V50 station wagon. I wouldn't go anywhere else and never have been dissatisfied. I know that I will get great service and some one that cares and takes care of my cars like they would their own. I have had emergency situations when my car had to be towed in to them and they always fixed it in a timely manner and never refused to accept it. I can't say enough about Master Tech. If you are going to another place , you need to try Master Tech you won't regret it. Wes and the other technicians works hard to make sure your car runs right. They are the BEST!!!!!!!

Squealing V60
I was in the DC area, my V60 started to squeal talked to Wes, drove to W-S. He took it in right away and fixed the problem which was oil breathing related. My V60 is back to herself !

Master Tech number 1 fair, honest with excellent workmanship. Wes tells me what is needed without pushing for excessive amount of unneeded work. I trust them completely. I call him my go to man when I have a mechanical or car issue! Always king and patient!
