Excellent vehicle service and customer service!
From beginning to end, all staff were knowledgeable, competent, and communicative. They diagnosed and repaired my cylinder misfire issues the same day they received my vehicle. And I found their prices reasonable considering the 15-year age of my vehicle.

We’ve been coming to Martin’s Auto for a couple years now. Initially it was because they were close so it was convenient. But now it’s all about the quality of work and customer service. They communicate any work that needs to be done and get your okay before they begin any repairs. They’re super easy to get ahold of and typically can get our vehicles in, in 1-2 days. Hands down the best mechanics in Spokane!

4Runner still running!
Thanks to Martin’s auto, my 1999 Toyota 4Runner is running great after almost 300,000 miles! They are great at diagnosing problems even when it is something unusual. They are honest and dependable. I recommend them to anyone who needs a mechanic for repairs or maintenance.

Long time customer.
Martins has serviced our various Toyotas for at about 30 years. If the car is questionable, that is if it’s not worth a new transmission or something they tell you. If anything they under sell, sometimes I have to say I’m ok with a little more spend on prevention since I keep cars a long time.
