Best assistance
My steering just stopped out of the blue -happily in my driveway, not on highway; .I called Mark’s and Nick appeared to check it out and brought the loaner car too. They ascertained it was more than just fluid leak and ordered new parts and repaired with precision and expertise, as usual. I value their efficiency and concern to get car back on road.

Trustworthy and extremely knowledgable!
We just moved back to NJ and brought my husband and my car here for the state inspection but Nick and the team at Mark's Auto went above and beyond to inform me of proper maintenance and check ups for my vehicle. The best part was that they diagnosed my husbands oil leak on his Audi - when literally no one could figure it out. Would trust them with any of my vehicles going forward and would highly recommend if you want competent and consistent service.

Inspection needed
As usual, the service was great. They are very professional and get the job done in a timely manner. I had to wait, but it was done as quickly as possible. I got my appointment for an overdue inspection sticker as quickly as possible. Very grateful that they are so close to me. I have used them time and time again would recommend them to anyone.

Always Reliable, Trustworthy Service
I brought my car in for routine maintenance and as usual, Mark's team does a comprehensive check of the overall condition of the car's systems. It had been a while since any major maintenance repairs were needed so the things they brought to my attention were valid and saved me the aggravation of a potential breakdown in the future. They also made me aware of a not so urgent situation that will eventually need to be repaired (which will be a fairly costly repair), but grateful for the info so I can be prepared dollar-wise. As usual, thanks for your attention to detail and keeping me and my car happy!!

My car needed the ultimate -new Engine !
I was upset to hear the verdict : my Subaru needed a new engine . I thought maybe it needed a new transmission and that , turns out would have been much easier project .Problem is complicated but neighbor drove
My car getting into Manuel first gear which locked in place.Terrible outcome.
So the hunt was on to locate used engine-first one was unacceptable and sent back. Mark’s made numerous calls to track down engine with reasonable miles. This process was time consuming and frustrating . After several weeks they found the right engine / from Pennsylvania. It arrived in good shape and with expertise by all mechanics my “new” old engine was tested and new parts added to get car running better than before .I hadn’t wanted to just give up on my car and get used car or even worse. A new car
I am thrilled with such expert care and workmanship in getting my 2011 Subaru running like new: it really is a joy to drive / I so appreciate the whole team at Mark’s and their determination to get my car back humming.They did.

Needed a custom dual exhaust system for a 1956 Imperial
This automobile has been in our family since purchased new by our grandfather. My brother was the last caretaker before me, and Mark has been doing what we couldn't for more than 25 years. We've known Mark and his family our entire lives. There was no one else I would consider for any price that I would let deal with any issue that we couldn't. The exhaust had to be custom built, with a wait time of 12 weeks. When it arrived Mark let me know, and said he would need a day or two to go through the parts to make sure nothing was missing. I delivered the Imperial on a Monday and it was complete that day. Couldn't be happier.
