Scammers and liars
Complete and utter scammers. Bought an Infiniti from them, low mileage with a factory warranty. Car started giving me issues right out of their parking lot which they brought back in and supposedly fixed it. They didn't. Car has been at Infiniti 3 times, which I have all the paperwork as proof, come to find out car has multiple problems which are very serious, and has been into an accident. Car needs a new engine as well, which Infiniti will not provide. They refuse to put me in a new car, the sales manager even told us on the phone to “go ahead and find a lawyer, that’s fine for me” too bad for them we have a great lawyer who is going to provide us with justice. We have reported them to multiple places and will not rest until they PAY for what they have done. I drove my 1 year old child and mother everyday in that vehicle, with a broken subframe without even knowing! Do NOT and I repeat, DO NOT buy anything from them, they are terrible people, ALL of them. God is real, and karma is coming for them. They have changed their business name multiple times, and even some lawyers know about them and their shady business. Stay away from this place.

Horrible
I took my car in for some recalls. When I got it back my car was wet even though my car is kept clean. A day later I noticed there were some scratches near my sunroof where the recall work was being performed. I brought it back to them they said it wasn’t done and it was impossible for them to make the scratches with the sunroof recall. I called Mitsubishi they said that they are an independent contractor and I would have to get a lawyer to take them to court. I left on the date of my appointment my ring camera shows no scratches when I got back from the appointment the scratches were there. I let them know that they still said it wasn’t them. I will be taking my evidence to the lawyer and seeing them for make sure you check your cars After the work done make sure it’s done properly and with the scratches on the Ford fine with that you’re telling me as it seems to be giving good service but hiding and not addressing mistakes then I am very disappointed that I can only take my car to the Mitsubishi dealer for recalls and damage being done to my car with no one being held accountable because they are independentContractors and they don’t wanna pay for the mistakes and they take a little bit in court but they will pay for it I have a solid evidence so be aware anyone who takes thurr vehicle to to Mac Mitsubishi

Great experience
Went to get my daughter a car. Our salesperson Dan was great. Had a great experience. Very attentive. We had a paperwork issue but worked with them to get it resolved.

JOHNNY MAC has by far the worst most unethical auto group imagineable
Purchased a 2017 Buick Lacrosse listed on CARGRUS with 3270 miles. The car had damage to the headlight and front bumper and by the fuel door probably from a pellet gun. We were told at time of deposit that the parts were on order and would be replaced by them. We had to wait over 21/2 hours while everyone else was serviced to close. This was a cash deal, no trade, we handled the registration and insurance. They still charged $600 conveyance fee and demanded $500 more to replace the bumper that was further damaged by them. They lost a FOB and the operator manual THIEVES

Zero stars
A nightmare in h*** doesn't even come close to what we dealt with. They purchased our used car and then tried it to defraud us and not pay us for it. They took possession of the car and left us with the outstanding loan. One bold face lie after another for a month. Then we got the Attorney General and DMV involved. And the Attorney General took care of it for us and got them to pay and is continuing a financial investigation As well as an investigation into their business dealings.

A NIGHTMARE IN HELL
Purchased a 2017Buick left-over from Mac Auto Group. The vehicle was advertised with 3270 miles. At time of purchase it had 5700 miles. There was damage to the headlight and the front bumper and by the fuel door, probably from a pellet gun. We were told when we put down a deposit that the headlight and the bumper were on order and would be replaced by them. When we went to pick up the car they demanded an additional $500 then settled for $300 to replace the bumper that had been damaged further by their service department. This was a cash deal with no trade and we handled the out of state registration and insurance but were still charged a $600 conveyance fee. WE went finally to pick up the car only to find they lost the second FOB and the operator's manual. Johnny Mac has by far the worst dealerships. STAY AWAY!

A nightmare from hell
Purchased a car from this auto group. We were told that dealer would replace headlight and front bumper that they had damaged. 5 days after down payment, we were told we had to pay 500 dollars for bumper that they had damaged. This was a cash deal with no trade and we took care of out of state insurance and registration yet, we had to pay 600 dollars conveyance fee. When we finally went to pick up the car, they "LOST" our second fob and the owner's manual. They do not return our calls. I would not recommend this dishonest auto group

BAD BAD BAD. I came in because I was supposed to get a good deal on a 2017 Toyota highlander but when I finish the paper work I saw the pricing and did the maths and ended up paying a lot more than what the car is worth.
They also take my car in trade in which I didn’t see the money they just increased the price on the new car.
I had to wait two months for my registration.
RUDE PEOPLE DONT GO THERE
STAY AWAY.

The vehicle I bought was sold to me with known problems. Everytime I get turn away because of service personnel not present. The customer service representative Sasha is the nastiest person ever. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to get a car from this place.
