Nice and knowledgeable team but surprise bill
They usually provide good service even suggesting ways to troubleshoot at home before expert help. Good schedule of first come first serve. Punctual with repairs and diagnostic. Accessible location. The only issue is pricing. Both times I've gone, they do extra unrelated work or add something then charge me for it without telling me first. Not in a mean way but still, work that I could probably do myself. A surprise bill causes problems if you have a budget, and you can't refuse to pay after the work is done. So if you plan to visit, just communicate clearly on a price (or range) upfront and the work, unless money is not an issue.
