Would prefer if making an appt 1 1/2 weeks in advance that it could be looked at first thing instead of sitting till the afternoon.
1. Scheduled a synthetic blend oil change and full synthetic was used. Not sure of the price difference, but did notice this.
2. Asked for a 'noise' to be diagnosed. Was told it was not found/heard. After picking up Truck and pulling out of Lutters, the noise was there. This was the second time asked for a noise to be diagnosed, but neither were found. Both noises are still there. So a head scratcher for me. I am sure not intentional, but again a head scratcher for me.
3. Communication is very good with Mark and front desk area.
I will go back and would recommend.
