PLEASE HELP!

This company does not follow local and state laws! Especially Michael (Mike) K. Senior. These Laws are put into play for the sole purpose of safeguarding the public against fraud, exorbitant rates and similar abuses. They are extremely nasty, very rude and they worship and exercise these types of abuses everyday. Manager Anthony N Hagopian has demonstrated dangerous intimidation behavior towards me, he’s done it to many, they send the little runt of the litter to attack and get rid of people who question their criminal behavior. They are taking advantage of hard working, law abiding United Sates Citizens in the Community and the Community does not deserve this, nor does our surrounding Communities within a 50 mile radius in which they operate. They over charged me excessive amounts of money in order for me to retrieve my vehicle that they towed and not abiding by the Village of Harriman's local Laws on towing and storage fees. Please view the Village of Harriman's local laws in the attached photo, if they charged you more then what is stated please let me know (info@olsenscusomcarpentry.com)? I will try my hardest to get everyone back their money as well as mine. We have been robbed but without guns pointed at our heads. Also if any towing company in the State of New York tells you that they only except cash as payment like Michael (Mike) K. Senior told me and denied my credit card payment. They made me leave to get cash, well guys this is completely against the law and by New York State laws have to except credit cards. If he did this same exact thing to you please file a complaint with your Local Police department and the NY Sate Attorney General’s Office at https://ag.ny.gov/complaint-forms (800) 771-7755 as well as (https://dos.ny.gov/consumer-services) 1-800-697-1220. Doing This will make a great contribution to helping the good people in the community from being a victim to their horrific criminal behaviors. Please write reviews on all their platforms for this will help a great deal as well.

Enough is enough, they need to be put out of business I can only do so much but I am only one person, I need the community to help me help the community.

Please understand that just because someone had a "good experience," doesn't mean they haven't ripped you off with false diagnosis or repairs. If so many claim horrible things about this place, seems hard to believe they would be truthful to a select few. Like I said, they may have ripped you off in ways you didn't even realize.
