Great Service
My son’s vehicle needed a tow from West Point.
He was off the post for two days and couldn’t provide the key.
Juliana was quite helpful coordinating everything and Paul the driver was great.
It’s nice to know that such great service is available.

Pick up side of road and replace tires
After finding out our car couldn’t get towed using AAA! Loyal was called and recommended by state police to tow car and fix! They were professional and courteous! Highly recommend and hope we don’t need them again 😉

Emergency brought me. Service will keep me.
My car died in a dangerous place with no warning late Friday night. The police called Loyal for towing service. Joshua arrived quickly, treated me with compassion, and got my car safely off the highway. When I came to Loyal the next morning, Juliana provided excellent customer service without making false assurances. The mechanics were upfront about best and worst case scenarios. Luckily for me, it was a small repair, and I had my car within hours. They simply did what was necessary, adhered to best practices, and never tried to pressure (or even suggest) for replacing this filter or that valve, as far too many do. Integrity matters, and I will absolutely trust them with any future needs.

The yelp reviews were largely right , I too regret using them
I’m not sure if this site allows adds if it does I’ll include the audio of them answering the phone “ city morgue” when i called after telling them nicely, didn’t curse them nor was rude but just asked them to not do any more work and I’d pick it up as I didn’t trust them at all at that point

The reason I recorded the call was because the tow wanted to be sure they didn’t need anything to get the truck and I was concerned they’d tell me no but then try to give a hard time to the tow driver and that’s when they answer city morgue

When I called back to confirm with the other guy there Peter that Thai was accurate and asked if he wanted to hear the other guy I think Anthony but not sure , say what he did Peter said no. I didn’t mention that asking him was just to test if I was right and Peter also was on board with or kbew or probably standing next to the guy when he answer like that so when he said no he didn’t need to hear it I assume if he didn’t know it was true he’d do what a professional would do and say no way we don’t talk like that let me hear or something like that so this made me know I made the right decision to get my car out of there after that

On Monday morning my car was brought there and they never called me even once before Friday and the only time we spoke was when I called to ask how the car was doing which I got various answers at sorrebti times on Tuesday she said it should be ready wed and by Thursday night o had to call again to ask

I think just the fact their yelp reviews are so commonly bad and that I literally now have audio of them answering their phones during bushes hours by saying city morgue it’s pretty obvious this is not a place in my opinion ghats reputable

I’m going to give AAA the audio so they know because they’re telling people this is one of the people they use and I’m concerned now what else between what they did to me and the other reviews on yelp that people are being taken for a ride . I think when I was about 11 me and my friends answered city morgue to be mean to people but more likely we stopped that when we were younger . Who does that honestly ?

Btw NY is a one party consent state which means you can record a conversation as long as one party is aware of it which is for exactly this reason ..
