Amazing honesty and service 👍🏼
I thought one of the wheels was bent on my wife’s car. Liskey’s radio ad came to mind and I called for an appointment. Amazingly Jerry said “bring it right in”! I was expecting to have to leave it for a day but an hour later Bill called an said it was done! Turns out the wheel was fine but a centering ring from one of the winter wheels had stuck on the hub keeping the wheel from seating properly. I mentioned it had a small coolant leak that needed to be checked out, he said no problem. I figured they would look at that the next day since it was getting late in the afternoon, amazingly they called a half hour later and the car was done, WOW! I didn’t even have an appointment, they fixed her car in record time for under $100! I think we’re customers for life, thank you Jerry and Leeann! Unheard of professionalism in this day and age, thanks again 👍🏼

Front Tire
Reviewed my driver's side front tire as requested but discovered it was my front drivers side wheel bearing. Shared with me that it's in the beginning stage. Let me know that I had a little time before repairing and I appreciated that. Will definitely go back to get bearing repaired.

I shredded a tire on the way to work. They got the same tire as other 3 the next morning and got it all installed fast, they even re mounted my spare tire back under the bed of the truck!

Honesty goes a long ways..
We've been shopping around town for a new mechanic and they have won our patronage by simply being honest. We noticed how bad other shops have gotten with recommended repairs so we went to Liskeys with a couple recommended repairs (expensive repairs) from the dealer - Results: No repairs needed. "There's nothing that I can see. In good conscious I can't do any repairs here. Also your breaks are only halfway worn. $40 for inspection."

I'll gladly bring all our cars there indefinitely. Well done. Great service. Hands down.

As an Operations Director for Customer Service (20yrs), I typically don't give out reviews because it's hard to find good service nowadays. This is the real deal. Great job to the team

Best shop in the Lansing area
I used Liskeys for years when I lived in Lansing, they always have the best service and prices. I do some repair work myself and everybody at Liskeys is knowledgeable and honest. I moved out to Okemos and I like Liskeys so much that I am willing to drive my car to them and take the bus home. They earned my business and I am a loyal customer for life.
