Good customer service - same-day oil change and tire rotation just after Christmas done in a few hours. Thinking the price was a bit high but this is likely due to the recent economic times.
I was pleased with the speed that my vehicle was taken in and the work done. My car is very old and I am so grateful Len's continues to keep it in good shape.

They are gouging customers!
UPDATE Dec 13, 2024! Ownership changed and they are gouging customers! The price of an oil change before taxes went from $83.27 to $232.86! I should have refused to pay, but I was doubting my memory of the cost the time prior. They should have told me of the ownership change and the fact that the price was going to go up by nearly 300%! The other change is that they are pushing for maintenance your car doesn't need and that is not opinion, that is facts. They are crooks!
Carlyon said the people were really nice, really helpful. She got her vehicle fixed in a pretty timely manner, they worked with her, she couldn't pick her vehicle up right away, and they were professional.
Joseph said they went above and beyond with the service, not their fault his vehicle has rare issues. He's very appreciative they brought in people, and didn't charge him for it.
The repair to the rear gate was done quickly and for the price negotiated. I need to bring it back because when the repair was done the line to my rear camera (which Lens installed), was pinched so short that it no longer will reach the camera.

I have been a Len's customer for many years, many vehicles.
Our recent service need was a doozy, (head gaskets needed replacement).
The mechanics diagnosed this issue, (I had no idea), and then addressed it which involve a complete engine removal and re-installation. This is major work; and they did it accurately, timely, and very reasonably priced. I am a "back-yard" mechanic myself and I certainly appreciate the complexity of this job. Len's got me back on the road again for a very reasonable price, I totally trust their workmanship and customer support.
We've come to Len's for over 40 years, but we were disappointed in our most recent visit, for a 105,000 mile service, plus fixing a taillight that was out. They found other things they said needed doing, and the total would've been $3300. We eliminated a major piece that brought it to 1600, but that still seemed high. We mentioned at drop-off that the right taillight was out, and the invoice listed a multi-point safety inspection, but when we drove the car home we discovered the taillight was still out. How was that missed in the safety inspection? We replaced the bulb ourselves. Finally, we asked and were reportedly given the AAA discount, but the invoice did not show that as a separate item. Invoice did not show detailed results of safety inspection, it always has in the past.
Loved that seat, rear view mirror were as I set them. Did you do a service drive? looked into Scion and Benz maintenance history program. Holey Moley that is a lot of interesting information.
as I remember, with receipt Ken, gave me a "heads up" of auto work which might be required with the next 6 months. That was/is a great service..
All in All, extremely pleased with Jesse, Dillion and Isacc. In particular, Isacc being new noticed he is proactive, calm and so into learning (a gem)
