Best place to take your car
This place is very honest and helpful. They will never try to trick you into fixing things that you dont need to fix. I habe been a customer for mire than 8 years.

I moved away, but come back for service!
I have trusted Bob, Peter and the guys at Laguna Woods Auto Repair with my cars for years. We moved away two years ago, but I always bring our cars back for service and repairs. I think that you should too!

Bob and his crew are Miracle Workers
Over a year ago I brought my car to a nationwide chain….Long story short the chain store did some work on my car….they apparently disconnected the battery….A few days later while driving up a ramp all hell broke loose….Many systems stopped working such as drivers door lock, rear hatch, would not shift
out of 1st gear, park assist, stabilitrak & traction control error messages, remote start, check engine light illuminated….just to name a few….My car was basically not drivable….I could not drive in first gear alone….My Son who is a Master Tech out of state pushed me to check the battery cables….located under the floor behind the passenger seat….Not easy to do with a full arm cast….Positive cable was left off….Surprise, Surprise!!!! Brought it back to chain store….told them what happened….Left it for the day and was told almost everything was working I just needed to drive it for 100 miles for the computer to reset….I knew they were not being truthful….there was nothing fixed even after 100 miles of driving….Someone referred me to Bob at LW Automotive….He had my car for a few hours, called me & told me almost everything was working….Something to do with fuses & some wiring…..My car is drivable again….Thank you Bob and all the honest and great workers at Laguna Woods Automotive….

Good, honest place
Jackie is a star… She runs the place. Don’t let anybody kid you. They did a great job and only did work I needed. They are very reasonable and very good but most of all they are honest. They came through again!! Sometimes parts for my 2005 Chevy SSR are not easy to find. I needed new windshield wipers easy, right? They were nowhere to be found! Come to find out, these wipers have a squirter for windshield washer fluid attached. Nobody makes those any more !
So, they ordered the right length (without a squirte, no idea what car they were for ?!) and took the squirter from the old wiper blade, and installed it on the new one. That's the way they do things here. Never say never, They always find a way.
Oh, they also changed the oil. No drama with that. They knew exactly what to do.
