The work seems fine, but 2 issues: final tab was 54% higher than estimate, and despite agreed upon appointment time, job took 3 days instead of 5 1/2 hours estimated. Disappointment resulted.

Great place, great service!
My check engine light went on as I pushed to start on Monday. I called and spoke to Jeremy and he told me to bring it over right away. Luckily, I was close to the shop. The next day he called me to say the car was ok. No sign of a problem. The check engine light is off and I had my car back by 5pm. This is a friendly and quality place.

I trust the folks at Laguna Woods Auto Repair to be fair and honest in their assessments of what work needs to be done to my 14 yr old Toyota Rav 4. They always try to save you money by not recommending or doing unnecessary work. Especially as a senior woman, I appreciate their advice and honesty.
