Never takeing my vehicle back to the ever again

To my vehicle in for service to get the motor looked at 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe sport for engine noise they told me they had to add three quarts of oil when the vehicle take five quarts of oil I think if it was that low on oil the oil light would be on. And it would be taping bad the manager there is a joke plus the service manager is a joke they kept asking why I bought me vehicle and what I think is more of a joke instead of looking to see why it’s was using oil the just put three quarts oil oil in it and charged me 125.00 what a joke it’s like they don’t want anything to do with there customers or hear there concern i don’t believe my vehicle was low on oil or the oil light would have came on especially being three quarts low I had no oil light on funny plus the manager kept saying why did you bring it in for engine noise that you guys never fixed just dumped three quarts of oil in it why didn’t you do and oil change on it if it was that low. Funny how you rip people off like I said there was no oil light on what so ever but it was low three quarts so will add three quarts and charge 125.00 plus I had a extended warranty on motor and they wouldn’t do nothing.

Dealership does not value their customers

Service was very good and they can shuttle you around instead of waiting on site the entire time. I asked for a specific part # since they charge $250 and I can get one online for $75 and they refused to give it to me. I guess spending $30,000 on a car isn’t enough… they need to get you on everything they can. Won’t go back there for service and certainly will never purchase from any Laurel dealership. They clearly prioritize money over their customer’s needs.
