DON'T GO HERE!!!
Larry told me to bring my truck in on Tuesday morning at 7:00 a.m. Wednesday afternoon I was told that the problem with the high and low idle was fixed and the radiator hose was leaking but repaired and the antifreeze was filled up. I opened the hood of my truck before leaving and lo and behold the entire top of the engine with the hoses was sitting on top of the radiator! He calls some guy who said he was the time mechanic to finish putting the entire assembly back together. Next morning truck was running worse than it did when I got there!! Have to taking it back the other guy, not Larry told me I didn't leave it there long enough for them to get it fixed but they still charge me $199 to do nothing!! No antifreeze in the reservoir and the truck would not start the next day once I got it home!! If you want good service, YOU HAD BETTER GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! TOTAL AND COMPLETE RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!

Over Price Quote
I've only use these guys for oil changes, but needed some front and rear brakes had my own pads. Quoted me $780. Told him to do front only but car set there all day they never got around to it..Which I'm glad because my regular mechanic did it for $60 the next day in a hours time. They are so over priced and very rude to my wife after she called, we will never take any of our vehicles back there again and we have 4. So really thanks for being jackasses saved us time and a lot of money.

I’ve been a customer at Larry’s for almost fifteen years. Pricing is always competitive and service is always good. What I like about them best after all this time is that I have never once felt like they were trying to pressure me or “scare” me into doing a repair. That’s how you treat people when you want to have a lasting business relationship; that’s why I’ve gone there so long.

Do NOT Take your Car To Them!!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES UP TO THESE GUYS!! I had been taking my cars up there for about 2 years until yesterday. I always admired the work they performed on my cars. They would give me fair prices, and sometimes they’d even inspect my cars for free. However, things started to turn a little sour last year. I took my 2010 Kia forte up there in November to get it loOked at because it was hesitating around 1500 rpm and the coolant light kept coming on without the car over heating. They had it for a day and explained to me that the water pump, thermostat hOusing, and the fuel distributor was bad. They told me it’d be $1k over the phone, but ended up being $1200. I thought it was a bit pricey, and I could’ve went somewhere else for much cheaper but I trusted their work so I paid the cost. I picked the car up a few days later once they finished, and the car ran pretty good. Not even a month later, about 2 weeks, the same EXACT issues started back up. I was a little frustrated at this but I called them and told them about the issue and they said bring it back in. I wasn’t able to take the car in for about a month because it was a busy time for me with work and Christmas nearing. I was finally able to get the car up there on the 5th of January. They got around to checking it a couple of days later because they were busy and I didn’t mind because I used a buddy’s car for that time. They called and told me that the head gasket was the problem because it was swelling and leaking causing water or something to leak into the coolant or vice versa. Basically, the head gasket was leaking and driving it was only making it worse. I went and bought a new car this time from carvana, they're great by the way. I decided to take the car to Larry's to get inspected since Carvana gives you 7 days to test out thE car and you can return it or trade it in if you don't like it. The old man that usually handles my cars inspected it. Once he was finished he was bringing my car, which is a 2018 Kia Optima Sport, down off the ramp. When doing this, he bottomed out on the drivers side, scraping the bottom of it. I instantly noticed it when I walked out and he saw me inspecting my car so he said, "That's prone to happen on these newer cars because of how low they are now." In my mind, I'm like are you seriously going to blame the height of the car on why you scraped the bottom of my car up. That's like ruining the bottom of a corvette and blaming it on the car. I was thinking about letting it go but then I also noticed a big scratch on the bottom side that wasn't there. At this point, I'm getting upset because this is a new car and now there's damage on the car that wasn't there. So, I went in to speak to Larry about the situation. I explained to him that his mechanic bottomed out on the drivers side and now there is also a big scratch on the same side. I cannot make up these next few parts. He looked me in the eyes and said, "So, what do you want me to do about it? We're not a body shop." I was taken aback by this statement. I simply told him that he should fix it because they put it there. That statement apparently sent him over the edge because he lost it. He started yelling and saying that they didn't f***ing put the scratch on my car and that it had to be there already. I was so upset that I couldn't even tell back. I simply told him that the car was literally just delivered an hour beFore I even brought the car up there. I had driven it less than 20 miles. Keep in mind that carvana notes all of the damage that the car has before dropping it off and they allow you to look over it thoroughly before even accepting the car! This mad him even more angry because he yelled at me and told me to get out the store and never come back. I was still telling him that he should be responsible and pay for the damage because it clearly happened there. He told me to get a lawyer. I was furious at this point because I never thought that he'd pull something like that. This incident could ruin my chances of returning the car if there is anything wrong with it. This car was 17k and was paid off completely, so you can understand my frustration and anger towards the situation. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES UP THERE, ESPECIALLY IF IT IS A BRAND NEW CAR!! If they mess it up or cause exterior damage, they WILL NOT own up to it and get it fixed. I currently have my insurance running an investigation to try to get it handled. This is my first actually new car that I've purchased and thiS shop RUINED it. They basically spat in my face and could care less about the hard earned money I spent on this car. This has ruined experience of ever going to a personal owned shop everr again. I would rather just dish out the extra bucks to have a peace of mind.
