Always a 5 out of 5 stars.
I recommend them 100%!
They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and always answer all of my questions.

Lance also recommend Discount Tires and SIR Auto Glass when I asked where I should go. (SIR Auto Glass did an excellent job replacing my front windshield. Mason was the technician who did it).

I guess the bottom line is I really trust Lance and his crew; you don’t find that with many auto repair shops nowadays.

Car towed with dead battery/alternator

Lucky day
Recently I found myself stranded in a parking lot. The car just quit.
I left a VM at Lance's Superior Auto Service asking to send a tow truck of their choice. From then on all was taken care of & my car was working again w. a new part.

Easy to work with + quick turnaround.
I had my serpentine belt snap when parking at home one afternoon. I called another local shop and they couldn’t get me in for four days, then I called here and they said tow it in the next morning no problem. When I dropped it off I was asked if I was okay dropping it off for a few days, which I know is normal for many people and they could probably tell it would be really hard for me but I said yes anyways. The shop was busy so it didn’t feel unreasonable to me at all.

Later that afternoon I got a call and said my car was ready to go and the work was done for a very fair rate. I love places that underpromise and overperform. I can’t imagine every going anywhere else again.

Knowledeable staff, great customer service, quality work
We have used Lance's Superior Auto for multiple services in the past few years.

I had an inspection done when looking at a car I purchased, then had my wife's 2013 MDX have it's water pump, timing chain, and control arms and bushings replaced last year. And just this week I had them put some work into my 1987 Toyota pickup I'm restoring. Got new shocks installed, along with some steering components, all fluids flushed, as well as the timing adjusted, as it felt the idle was off (too high).

Overall great quality work and I'm very thankful they were able to help with each of these jobs. Trustworthy and reliable.
