Always honest, straightforward, and a great job
Aways chose to take my car to Lament's because they're great people. Never get talked down to or get the runaround. I'm back to the area after a few years living out of state and am relieved to be back and have a trustworthy place to bring my car for repairs and inspections. Thanks Brian and Lament's!

My visit to Laments auto.
Every time I get work done on my cars Laments do a very thorough job. All info is included on the repair bill to tell you what was done for me and my car. Brian
is very knowledgeable about most issues and explains all, if you want to hear it. I would always recommend Laments!

Always courteous
I have been taking my vehicle to Laments about 5 years now, they were recommended to me by another customer.

I have found them to be fair, honest and reputable. They back their work and I’ve never felt that they were trying to take advantage.

Quick, Knowledgeable, Reasonably Priced
I was visiting from out of state and ended up hitting a guard rail on my way down. My car was still drivable, but the front fender was bent enough that it was preventing my driver door from opening more than a couple inches.

A friend recommended Lament's Auto Services so I took it in and dropped it off in the morning. I spoke with Brian who was very personable and friendly. I explained the situation, and I know they're not a body shop, but I just wanted it reshaped enough so I could use my door again. He said they could get to it that afternoon. I also mentioned an issue with a check engine light that I've had for a while that my garage back home has been unable to resolve for over a month and he said he'd take a look at that, too.

I got a call back later that afternoon that my car was ready. When I got there, Brian took the time to talk about what was done, what was checked, and the possible reasons for my check engine light. He mentioned that a software update at the dealership may fix my issue since he saw no possible causes mechanically, and explained how parameters may change for a car over time, which is more info than I got from my local place.

Overall, I was very pleased with the knowledge and detail he provided, and the work that was done to fix my fender was excellent! I knew it wasn't going to be like new, but they did a fantastic job bending it back into shape. The turn around was quick and the price was very reasonable. If I ever have any more car issues while I'm visiting I'll definitely bring my car here again.
