UNETHICAL AUTO REPAIR SHOP
STAY AWAY! Went in for brake repair job. Was told by Paul at time of quote and when I received the call that the repair work was complete that the brake "would work just fine." As soon as I took the car off the lot my front btires were seizing up and the dashboard was lit up with brake alarm lights. Upon complaining about the issues was told by his mechanic that Paul had told him to simply change out the brake parts with no follow up ad to if the job was completed successfully. He told me to talk with Paul. When I caught up with Paul, I was told it was the back brakes that had been worked on. When confronted with the receipt and being informed that I intended to challenge the transaction thru my C.C. company, he instantly changed his demeanor to a smarmy, fake nice guy huckster act. Told me "oh yeah, it WAS the front brakes that were worked on." He also admitted that he had taken the car out for a test drive after the work was completed and had experienced the same issue that I was experiencing. YET, called me to come in a pick up my car, the repairs were complete and that once again stated the brakes were now "working fine." Never mentioning his test drive.

Told me to bring the car in, that the front right caliper was too tight. He would fix it free of charge. Then I received the phone from Paul, stating he had replaced the right caliper and that it had solved nothing. All the issues remained. BUT, how is this possible? I had marked both caliper before bringing the car back in and both markings were still intact. He told me the brakes couldn't be fixed and that no more money should be put into the vehicle. THIS only after taking $907.00 to repair my front brakes on a vehicle he now, only days later deemed not worth spending any more money on.

The car only had brake lights displayed on the dash and only had the front tires seizing up after Lambton Auto Service accepted the job to "repair" my brakes.

STAY AWAY. NOT TO BE TRUSTED. THERE IS A REASON THAT WHILE OTHER NEAR BY REPAIR SHOPS HAVE THEIR LOTS FILLED WITH CUSTOMER CARS, THIS REPAIR SHOP LOT IS BARREN.
