That’s not what was said at all. What we did say (and it’s printed right on your invoice) was that your 2005 F-150 has broken rear shackles, leaking seals everywhere, and a suspension that isn’t even secured correctly — in short, it wasn’t safe to drive. You chose to take the truck with no repairs.
