We have been loyal Kia people for the last 15+ years. We have loved all our Kia cars (Spectra, Forte, Sportage, Sorento) since our first purchase at Kia of Puyallup. Every time we need to bring our cars in, whether for an oil change, recall item, or a major repair the service team has been amazing. Karsten Malin is always kind, courteous, and professional. He is always ready to help and keeps us informed about our vehicles. Having to spend time at Kia Service is not a hardship, the people are friendly, the service is great, and the environment is clean and comfortable. Thank you for taking such great care of our vehicles and us over the years.

Recall and maintenance
The tailgate got stuck and had to be fixed. It was the second time something like this happened. The service department fixed it quickly and at no cost to us. There was also a recall on a switch, which was done without asking. They picked us up and dropped us off as well at no cost to us. Thank you for the great service.

Best Service!!
I love everything about this service department. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I love the attention to detail towards my car. I have so much confidence in them that I will only take my car to this dealership for service. I also enjoy the waiting room. It has great lighting and is spacious. I really don't mind waiting for my car because I like the atmosphere and I know they are doing a detailed job. The show room is also nice and spacious. I like browsing the new cars while I wait.

Quick headlight bulb installation.
I stopped in about 10am and asked if they had time to replace a headlight low beam bulb for me. Gave me good advice on replacement options on my 13-year-old Sportage. Replaced both low beams quickly and for a good price, and they washed and vacuumed my rig. Always great service.

Generally great service. Make it better? Well, some other dealer's service centers offer free cookies and bottled water. I don't know, but it might increase your price of the service so I should be careful of what I ask for, I suppose.
