Very Professional and Knowledgeable
Ken’s towed my SUV following an accident last week. They used all the necessary equipment and precautions to lift and move the vehicle since the wheels were locked. At the office, they were very reassuring and helpful with information on next steps and options for body shops.

Not the best experience
I normally have amazing things to say about the Ken’s Service Shop, but this was not the best experience. I scheduled the appointment two weeks in advance, online, and stated that I needed new brakes, an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived at 7 am i did you drop my car off? I stated that I needed brakes, and oil change and a tire rotation. I did not receive a call throughout the day to let me know that my van was ready. I finally caught at 4:30 PM and asked if I could come and get the van. There were no supplies available to change my brakes and I’m not even sure that the tires were actually rotated. Not the best experience, hoping for better in the future.

Everything thing went great!
It was such a relief to be able to take my son's Jeep to Ken's. Kevin Kallmeyer kept me posted and updated on how things were progressing with the Jeep. So, I knew the day the Jeep was picked up that it was in great shape. Thank you for the great job that was done!

Fast Kind Knowledgable and Local
Kevin picked us up (and our car) on one of hottest days this year (2025). He arrived quickly and dropped us right at our door. He was as kind and knowledgeable and told great stories of Ken. The work was done quickly. Kevin called us several times to keep us informed and gave great advice on what to look out for in the future. Ken’s is local and a great asset to the community. Great job by everyone at Ken’s. A+ and five stars!

Always there for me and my car
I was stupid again and Kevin and the crew bailed me out as usual. Limped a flat tire in to Ken's. New Tire all mounted and fixed and they even filed the road hazard insurance claim to save me $100. Cant see how it could be better.

Great Service
I have been going to Ken's Crescent Springs Service for a couple of years now. They are incredible. They are professional, honest, customer focused, their prices are very reasonable, and they do great work. I have always been totally satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them.
