Got me out of a jam!
John made parts for my radiator that were no longer available from a distributor. Very creative solution! John always get the job done! I won’t take my car anywhere else!

Fix wheel well that was damaged after hitting an snowbank and nail in tire.
As usual, John got my car into the shop much faster than the car dealer ( car is only 4 months old). John’s did the evaluation of needed parts and fixed up the wheel well temporarily so I felt safe to drive it until parts came. The parts came promptly and car was fixed in one day.

My vehicle had to be unexpectedly towed there. The whole team is always so helpful and kind with quick turnaround. Truly appreciate them. Also thank you for referring me to the towing service you use, Leroy from the towing company was very helpful also.

Linda said she understands that her vehicle was in rough shape. They explained that they felt her vehicle was unsafe to drive and refused to fix the issue. That was all correct information. They asked if she wanted to have an oil change and she said yes. When she came to pick up her vehicle, the cost was $320. When she asked about what that included, it was basically for the diagnosis and an oil change. She felt that was too much.
