I guess I bought. Lemon
It took me some time to write this because I am very disappointed.
I retired in February of 2013 and yes bought a used 2015 Honda CRV as I had owned a 2005 CRV that I was very happy with just wanted to upgrade. I thought my new CRV would last me many years as now My husband and I are on a retired fixed income. Well We did have a warranty but go figure as it expired we went for an service for life oil change and on our way home we broke down on the freeway mind you the car had been running fantastic.
Well we called Jim Click ford back they came to see if they could help then said don’t know what happened they had us get it towed Back to the dealership and we left it there overnight. Next day told us, well the oil change was done correctly sorry but your transmission went out. So we had it towed home as on a fixed income we need to save money to have this fixed. This transmission is very expensive to have fixed. My husband had been going out to start the car once in a while so the battery wouldn’t die and guess what happened it died. So that being said we had to use the fob key and using the fob key it did not work on our car. We tried both sets so now we have a car that doesn’t work keys that don’t work transmission that doesn’t work and so very disappointed. This is just for those of you who buy a car that is used. Make sure you check everything is working and that they give you the right keys when I bought this car. I was under the impression that it had GPS that’s what the salesman told me turns out it never did. I will definitely never go to this dealership again.
We also still owe quite a bit on this nonworking vehicle.
To them it was just bad luck for us!!
