After owning the SUV for a week I started the it up and e ery warning light lit up on the dash. Thinking that the car is new, I turned it off the same thing happened, this time with a warning a out the hybred engine. I called the dealership and they got us in the very next day. And when I started it to drive there everything was normal.
I brought it to them and left it. The dealership provided me with a loaner, explained what they were going to do, shout out to Estavan, sent me a text with details on how to reach him, called me when the car was ready, met me at the dealership and gave me a lengthy explanation of what they did. Us washed the SUV for me!

The buying process was smooth and pleasant, and the vechicle is beyond my expectations. The safety and technolgy features coupled with the quality design inside and out sets my Hyundai Santa Fe heads and shoulders above it competitors in the market. Its technology features are superior to a luxury brand i was about to buy, but with a much better price. I am excited to drive my Santa Fe each day.

The staff here is great! Karina is so personable, really listens to what you’re looking for and doesn’t waste your time with cars that don’t fit that description. She is very engaging and intuitive. David the general manager is straight forward, explains the pros and cons which is helpful when making a purchase decision. Noah was an excellent salesman! He's the reason we bought a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited at Jim Click Eastside. We live in New Mexico and were looking at dealerships in NM and TX for Hyundai, Toyota or Honda sedans.
He talked with us and found out our needs and wants for a new vehicle. He demonstrated various models in stock. We determined we would want Sonata Limited Hybrid -a vehicle not in stock at Eastside - if we chose Hyundai. He called soon after our visit and brought the exact model - color, options, etc. - we desired to Eastside for a test drive. Noah followed up weeks later about our shopping status. Noah had just the right amount of salesmanship - informed, helpful, not pushy, and interested in meeting our needs.
We decided to buy our Hyundai from Noah and closed the deal on a later visit to Tucson. During our shopping we eliminated vehicles, salesmen and dealerships. Some situations were "good car, bad dealer".
The only thing to rate less than a ten was the negotiating and closing, which was typical of pretty much all dealers. No better, no worse. Lot of back and forth and time.
Overall satisfied with the experience. Noah was definitely the best salesman we encountered over many dealerships and locations in three states. We will definitely seek him out in the future! Noah sold us on both a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited and Jim Click Eastside.
