Great first experience.
I scheduled an appointment at JD’s to have my brakes checked and dim headlights replaced. Turns out my brakes, although squeaky, were fine and my headlights were just loose. JD’s lived up to the reviews of being fair and honest. Thank you for your service!

Spectacular service
I was lead to this business due to the awesome reviews . As a woman, it is difficult to find honesty when it comes to mechanics. Not only were they HONEST, they were VERY fair with pricing. Jeff & Jeff, were VERY pleasant, while I waited for service. JD Automotive, has another customer for LIFE. You guys ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was my first time at JD's. I have an older vehicle with 225,000 mile that I drive back & forth from AZ to MN twice a year. Went to get a 30K service, inspection and alignment and was pleasantly surprised they just replaced the fluids/parts that needed replacing. A few repair issues were discovered and JD's estimate was more than fair. They do honestly care about their customers. Thank you to both Jeffs at JD's.

Front and rear brake replacement
this was my time taking my car to JD’s. I had a great experience with booking an appointment online. Dropping my car off, getting a call with the quote about what their site suggested, and got a call it was ready 2 hours later. I didn’t have to deal with any upselling, the quote was transparent, and I was ready to go in the same afternoon!
