We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.  We always try to quote the entire repair as we initially did on your daughter's car but unfortunately as the repair was started we realized there was a major subframe issue and we couldn't, in good conscience, move forward with the initial estimate.  A revised quote was provided to rectify the safety the safety issue, fix the steering rack and repair the leaking radiator.  We are glad you were able to do the work yourself and were able to fix the major safety issue.
