Great people and quality work. Gave them stuff to look for and they found it was fine. They won't fix things that don't need it just for running up the bill. Very trustworthy.

Personal, quick, reliable.
To start off, Lee-Anne was the worker who picked up the phone anytime I had called, and also created a welcoming and personal experience with J & R. I heard great things about this shop, and I was in urgent need to get a rim replaced. She was quick with reaching out, clear with communication, and double checked with me when it came to choosing which rim I would like to pay for. Right when I came in the process had already bee n set into motion and the 1 hour estimate I was given was actually MORE than the actual time it took. There was no trying to get me to pay more money for more services, and the estimate I was given from the get-go was the amount I paid. And of course, the work was done well from what I can see/feel. Auto shop anxiety is real, but I'm 100% coming back here for any future needs. Thank you guys.

Oil Change
They were able to get me in within a few days and were very helpful and nice. The oil change was extremely fast, very friendly service. The only thing that didn't get done was giving me a new oil change sticker, but I drove back and they got me one right away. Very nice people!

Keeping my old SUV running like a champ!
J and R Auto Service has taken excellent care of my 2011 Subaru Tribeca. It's got a lot of miles. What I like about J and R is that they listen to me. I was concerned about whether or not my SUV was still safe to drive long distances. We decided on a plan to update a few necessary parts- while being aware of my budget. I can recommend J and R without hesitation. Excellent service and communication.
