Spencer is the best!
You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. That was my experience with Spencer.
If you go here definitely ask for Spencer, he is down to earth and honest! I can’t say enough good things about this guy, he makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and he knows his stuff!

When I needed help, Joe Hoffman took great care of us.
I just wanted to say that I could not be more pleased with the courtesy and helpfulness that I received when I needed a part for my SUV. Joe Hoffman went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would recommend Irwin Hyundai highly to anyone.

Lied to about selling for msrp
This dealership is the worst!!!! Before driving an hour to see cars I asked if they would sell for msrp and was told yes!!!! When I arrived they let me drive a couple and were. Nice enough but when I saw the one I wanted they told me that one will be a 5,000.00 dollar premium due to supply!!!! What????? Tell me that before I drive one hour to purchase a car….. so so dishonest. I own a real estate agency and never would have done that type of business… the manager would not even come out to address the issue…..Shame on Irwin Motors!!!!! Never will go back….. and I grew up in Laconia…. SHAME
Do not trust them…..I needed a car that day so I went forward with the sale
But I asked will you sell it for msrp and was told yes before I made the drive!!!! They literally lied to me!!!!!!

Service department could use improvement.
The service department could use some improvement with communication, scheduling and customer service. The final product was complete as expected and my vehicle runs as it should. Thanks to the great warranties that come with owning a Hyundai, my repair was completely covered and was given a full tank of gas for the ride home which was very nice of Irwin Hyundai to do especially with how gas prices have skyrocketed.

I have reviewed your survey and apologize for any issues you may have had, as that's never our intention. Can I ask how did Bob Cote do overall? Did he exceed your expectations filling your tank to help offset some of the inconvenience or in other areas or on previous visits? A two-star survey really weighs heavily on the shoulders of your Service Advisor Bob and in Hyundai’s eyes anything less than 5 stars is a failing grade. For this reason, Hyundai allows for a redo survey for him. If Bob did an awesome job for you, as most of the things mentioned in the survey seemed to not be related to him directly. If you would consider doing that for Bob, I can send another survey to give him a 5 rating if you choose. The current survey will stay in place with your comments but a redo for Bob would be greatly appreciated. Thank you again.

Winter Wonderland
I was given a convenient appointment. When I walked into the service center from a frigid snowfall, I was greeted warmly by Steve Rajaniemi. Steve took my order and directed me to a warm waiting room where I was treated to free coffee, free TV, and free WIFI. All too soon, Steve woke me from my nap and told me that the service on my car had been completed. That service had included a free tire rotation and a free multi-point inspection. Steve gave me a reasonable bill and a coupon for a free car wash. I walked out into the frigid snowfall, but I had enjoyed the winter wonderland of Irwin Hyundai.

Service was great. Waiting on Hyundai to address warranty issue with defective part on interior of car. Plastic support bracket broke off. The car has just over 12K miles.

A four-star survey is definitely a great score but still weighs heavily on the shoulders of your Service Advisor Bob as in Hyundai’s eyes anything less than 5 stars is a failing grade. For this reason Hyundai allows for a redo survey for him. If Bob did an awesome job for you would you consider doing that for Bob? I can send you another survey to give him a 5 rating. Charges misrepresented
The work was described as warranty work. After the work was done I was charged. No transparency. I would not have had the work done locally and avoided a FOUR HOUR round trip drive. I feel I was deceived.
