Exceptional Service!
Finding a trustworthy mechanic can be a challenge- but Forrest Howes makes it easy. I have heard great things about this place from friends, but it was one of their employees, Dave, who is the reason I went there. Dave was our family Agway guy who guided us through anything and everything related to lawn care, dog food, pool supplies, etc. When Agway sold, we were devastated but were also concerned about Dave. Dave mentioned he was going to work at Forrest Howes because he stood by everything they do- and he truly respected the way they operate and treat their customers. And he trusted them. That’s reason enough for me!
Fast forward to today- I have a newer car so I haven’t had any need for service, but needed an inspection and oil change/tire rotation.
From the moment I walked in the door, Dave’s radiant smile made my day. I knew I was in good, trustworthy hands. As promised, Dave called when the car was ready and the pricing was incredibly reasonable. Needless to say, a call to Dave at Forrest Howes is all I need to ensure quality and trustworthy service. I can’t recommend this place any more. Thank you, Dave and staff!

Stopped in quick for a slow leaking tire and they took care of it.
They were busy, but they were still able to take me in and take care of things so I was safe in my vehicle. I don’t bring my truck to anyone else.

Quick, professional, and reasonable cost
I had my f350’s oil changed and state inspection. I had a 9am appt.. The technician at the counter greeted me kindly, took my keys and registration and I was off. In less than 30 minutes, the truck was serviced and ready to go at a cost lower than I expected.
