90K tune up
We had a 90K mile tune up on our Toyota Highlander.
Everything went smoothly and efficient! They were flexible on scheduling, thoroughly explained everything they needed to, including itemized pricing, and finished on time.

Trustworthy mechanic
Import specialist took care of me when another mechanic messed up and screwed up my car (which I only took to the other place for convenience sake)Phil advocated for me with the other mechanic for them to make it right.

Very good experience
Phil did a great job communicating - so far car is doing great after service. Only thing to mention is they need to put sticker for oil change - still have grease monkey old sticker
