My husband and I brought our Mercedes in to be serviced when we moved here last year and had a pretty normal, good experience. We then brought our truck in to have the four-wheel drive fixed. After paying in cash and going to get into the truck we realized everything from the backup camera/radio, our child's DVD player, tow strap, and first aid kit all were stolen. After filing a police report and going to drive off, the 4-wheel drive in fact was NOT FIXED. The owner didn't even bother to come to the shop and wouldn't call us. I went in Monday after this happened on a Friday and the shop owner was VERY RUDE and pointed to the sign they aren't liable for any of it, even their make believe work on the truck. I was also told they can continue to do work on the truck, but it would still cost us. At 8 months pregnant this jerk was not worth my time. For any other hardworking family, DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!
