Not an "Ideal" experience
I scheduled a 10 am oil change, inspection and check an engine light. It took them 6 hours to just do that works and get back to me with the results. I agreed to some follow-up work that would take an hour. Three hours later no word from the shop. I called and texted, no response because they were closed. They provided no courtesy in informing me that the car would be in overnight. This was an unnecessary inconvenience as I needed the vehicle the next morning. I appreciated that Brendon was polite yet the poor communication and untimely work competition makes me hesitant to use their services.

The owner happens to be my father
Honestly, I'm so impressed with the kindness of the staff. Even though he is my father, Josh is so kind and ideal automotive is the right place to go. I don't even own a car! But if you come here you will certainly be amazed. If you don't believe me, look at the reviews. This is the perfect place to get your car fixed.

Got the car in right away!
Had the rear main seal and the oil pan gasket replaced all done in one day excellent job no more oil leaks!
