Great experience
I brought my wife’s Dodge Durango into Ichiban Autos for a bad vibrational at stop and highway speeds. We also have an extended warranty and have found some shops don’t like dealing with them. I called them and spoke with a gentleman Ray who is the General Manager there. A nice guy who explained they except all extended warranty’s and have a guy named William who would be my concierge throughout the warranty process. I dropped off my wife’s vehicle and they diagnosed the problem and called in and got all my repairs covered. William and Ray kept me informed along the way and repaired my vehicle in 2 days. Went to pick up my vehicle and there were no unexpected costs just my deductible. They built trust with me and I will return for future repairs and recommend them to anybody who has a warranty.

My car was dead
Fixed electrical, and air conditioning, in my 1993 Buick Roadmaster. I'm going back for more! Price was very reasonable considering I have an old car. There's more I need done but it's cosmetic mostly.

Will take my Vehicle to Ichiban Autos Forever!
I have taken my vehicle to Ichiban many times, and each time I am amazed at the service I receive. I have full confidence that they are providing the highest quality service, and on more than one occasion they have diagnosed/fixed issues that the dealership wasn’t able to solve. Ichiban sticks to their warranty policy and goes above and beyond to provide the a reasonable price.

The nicest staff- treat college students really well
The last several experiences I have had with Ichiban Autos have been great. I have had a range of services done on a couple different cars and, as a female college student, have always felt that the employees and owner are extremely reasonable in pricing and have always had amazing costumer service.
