The worst car I've ever bought
I bought a 2017 Elantra, November 22. There were only 73+ miles on it so I assumed it was in fairly good shape. December 22, the paint on the driver's side door started buckling the paint is coming off it looks horrible. I ask the company if they could accommodate in some way the repair
They denied the claim. I only wanted they door repainted I can't take the car to the car wash or the rest of the paint will come off. I've bought a Hyundai before and owned many cars and never have I had paint fall off of a car. I'm disappointed in the lack of concern they have shown. Never again!!

No appointments available, no return calls for service appointmsnts set up, then canceled
Several weeks ago, I went in for factory requested service. Told I was to early for service, then I told them my trunk shell was separated from the car frame and my pop up display was constantly dropping my connection to Apple Car play. Thought it was my phone, so bought an upgraded phone, still same issues. Told me they would call with new appointment, but called 3 weeks later for the next day. No heads up. Told them I would be traveling, and was told the service Manager would call to set up new date and discuss my service failure concerns. No call still. Now my tire sensor has failed, even though my tires are at factory specs, but they tell me it will be end of Dec or mid Jan until they can get me it. SERIOUSLY? I have had nothing but negative interactions since I bought the car, including a CERTIFIED approval from my Credit union for the purchase of the car, but they ran 6 credit checks on my and almost ruined my credit, and nothing but issues for all the items that now are happening to my car. I will never buy a car from this dealership if it is not taken care of immediately, and my company has decided to cancel a fleet buy due to the horrible customer service and service department failures.

Changes ,rotating staff
This place! Never a service manager available, they don't call you back, AND then when you get someone you hold fir an eternity!
They say don't schedule service on line call us we will get you in sooner!
August 2nd is the best they could do after being told otherwise!
3 days for a call back and nothing!
Buyer beware...
They suck you in, make things better for a minute then back to same bad service!
Revolving door seems like for employees...

false advertisement with a very bad attitude
after research a vehicle for my daughter via autotrader.com, cars.com, capitalone.com/cars this dealership has the price of $21998 listed on all three platforms and I called the dealership the vehicle is still available for sell but at last minutes they decided to change the price to $24998 and blamed it's third parties fault that they did not update the prices, if it's one website I total understand but all three websites has the same issue ? I was kindly enough to speak to the manager Kevin about the issue instead of taking my my advise he hang up the phone on me, this is the worst dealership I had ever dealt with. Dishonest with their advertised price, bad attitude, bad service. Consumer should watch out !!!!!!!

Great Service dept. - Lousy sales Dept.
It's like two parallel universes. I couldn't ask for a more attentive service dept. Richard Hall always takes care of me. He gets me in and out as efficiently as possible. The sales dept. is useless. They never seem to know the answers to questions that I've asked about the Hyundai models. The dealer 'mark-ups' are an insult. I drove out to Palm Springs Hyundai where I've previously purchased a Kona and a Tucson Sport. They don't mark up their cars over MSRP. Hence, I just bought a Venue there a few days ago.

Hyundai Moreno Valley are the best!
I always take my Palisade at Hyundai Moreno Valley because they are simply the best, starting with a simple call to schedule an appointment, then check in in a few minutes, while the Palisade is getting oil change they called me to suggest if other parts are needed, good prices and they gave me a chart with everything they checked, I am very happy with their professional service, thank you so much.

I think i would’ve given a perfect review if I was offered a loaner car rather than letting me drive around in my car that’s overheating.
