It’s relatively minor damage, but the top scratch is pretty deep, more like a gouge. My car was immaculate before this so overall it was a disappointing experience.
Given the options, I would still choose this dealership for future repairs. However, next time I will insist on a walk around, with photos, to ensure any damage they do will be acknowledged and repaired.
