I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with other diagnosis, but I can assure you that my tech went through the proper steps when diagnosing your vehicle. The tech has access to view a live data of your vehicle while it is idling, and one of the things you can see is what are the injectors are doing at that time. After I spoke to my tech that worked your vehicle, he told that one of the injectors was stuck open and allowing to much gas and that you could smell the gas as well. He also recommeded the intake to be replaced because he also got a code for the intake manifold runner, which means the butterfly flaps inside of the intake manifold were having trouble opening and closing. So, my question is did you replace the intake assy as well? If not, that can be causing your issue as well. I will have your advisor contact you so we can get you back in to look at your vehicle again.

I'm sorry that your not happy that you had to pay for your battery, I understand that your vehicle has less than 36,000 miles, but the warranty coverage is 36 months or 36,000 miles whichever comes first. So, with that being said your vehicle is out of the battery warranty by time, and on the phone issues we have been short staff due employees being out sick, and we have done the best we can to try to get to every phone call.
