deceptive practices
The Salesman Guillermo was fine and did all he could to assist me. However, the finance department is deceptive as can be. The deal had already been struck before we traveled 8 hours to get there. All we had to do was sign and go. They kept us there for 3 hours before we went to sign. It was all done on a giant I pad think and the finance guy sped through it like he was in NASCAR. As we were already way behind trying to start the 8 hour journey home and his rushing, I missed a few things he "sneaked" into the paperwork like $500 for some sort of undisclosed aftermarket thing?? And then I find we were shorted $3K on our trade in!! I have now been trying for a week to get this resolved and keep getting stonewalled in return. As there are Ford dealers everywhere, I would suggest a different one than Harris Ford Lynnwood.

Scammers that Lie and wont honor written signed Agrrement!
So you buy a car, they sell you a $1000 maintenance package! When its time to get the oil changes they refuse to honor that agreement which in turn os Theft of your money and a violation of agreement! . Don’t buy a Ford from this piss poor company, your better off Buying a Honda!

Okay, not great
They were able to identify and service the car properly, so that part deserves 5 stars. However, they could have done a better job with my time. My ~1-year-old leased Ford Edge was having battery issues. I live 45 minutes away from the dealership. They were able to take my car in for an appointment, but they didn't have any clarity on the time it would take to fix the issue. Which is understandable as it could have just been as simple as a bad batter, or as complex as a hidden electrical short. The fix could have been <1 day, or more than a week. I'd have liked either 1) a rental car 2) a lyft/uber credit to return home. And I would have liked them to propose this proactively. I asked for it, and they hadn't even considered either and didn't have any options for me. I decided to risk and hope it was the 1-day issue (and it turned out to be) - but I ended up spending 5 hours in the lobby. That is a horrible use of customer time, and not good customer service.

I have never bought a car from a dealership always been from someone close. I walked in and had an idea what I wanted, Larry got all the paperwork ready, and I left with my dream car. I have a big family so I needed 3rd row, we have already been able to go as a family on some fun adventures. Highly recommend.

Love the car. Steve was so fucking rude and condescending (he only help with paperwork/ financing, he was terrible at it and no people skills) no wonder he fits right home at Harris ford.
Used car manager and service manager "ford ranger guy" are actually decent.
After the sale, i called repeatedly to get update on my registration because I want to refinance with my bank....each time i call i cringed, you think i told them to move a mountain.
Go anywhere, you'll have better services.

Burlington used car superstore
I’m writing this for this fords smaller dealership in Burlington, washington. First of all, the sales guy was very pushy, so it’s not recommended if you struggle with new social situations that include extreme pressure. They sold me a car without properly making sure simple safety stuff, there were completely shredded wipers and a cracked windshield. They told me they would repay me for the wipers, I did what they asked and brought a receipt, essentially was told to screw off a month later when I asked where the reimbursement was, then they had told me the windshield was “sealed” and a month into owning the car, the crack spread completely across my windshield. They also don’t tell you when they sell you a vehicle with multiple recalls on it that can make the car stall and crash. If you’re vulnerable and easily taken advantage of please RUN AWAY from this place, they knew I was a first time car buyer expecting my first child, I’m just thankful that I myself took care of all these safety items before they caused a crash that could have taken mine or my unborn child’s life. My friend went there less than 72 hours ago and now they’re screwing her over too with a lemon. Ford could fix this and deal with their horrible smaller dealerships but according to BUCS in Burlington, this Ford already is aware of how scammy they are and they just continue to let them mess up people lives.

I had a really great experience at Harris Ford. My salesperson Mahdi was wonderful. He stayed in touch throughout the ordering process even 1 year later. I so appreciate the opportunity to purchase this truck & that Harris Ford honored the price at the time I ordered. Mahdi was very nice & very responsive.
