Hancock's has been family owned for almost 40 years, it has allowed the company to expand with the new location Hancock's Automotive on Iron Bridge Road, only a couple of miles from Rte. 288 and the Chesterfield Airport. This has allowed us to accommodate more vehicle repairs and advance our equipment to handle the ever-growing vehicle technology. We have added a state-of-the-art wheel alignment system, tire changer and wheel balancer. As well as in-ground and above-ground lifts. Went in for and oil change and it was found that the 2 front tires required replacement as there was a nail in one tire (in my opinion I picked it up on Interstate 95). I had an appointment that afternoon that I needed to make and asked if I could bring the back on Wednesday. Of course there could be issues such as a flat tire et al. The technician completed the work and oil change in a timely manner and I paid my bill and left. Once I got on the highway I had a smooth ride snd knew something had been wrong with the front tires before I took the car to Hancock’ Awesome service and fantastic assessment re the vehicle that definitely required maintenance and if not done do I could have had a very different result. Thanks for keeping me safe and expertise assessment and keeping me safe.

Everything went great with the exception of it took an hour ans 15 minutes. I’m not really sure if I would t have waited as long somewhere else though. I felt that my service is honest. I’ll be back!

Overpriced
Was Overcharged for a Sunroof repair Which No Parts or Anything was replaced and Just 30 - 45 minutes Labor for over $200. Price is the Only thing that turned Me Away from this company.

Thank you for your review. I did look into this and found the customer was at Hancocks for a little over 2 hours. We feel the customer was charged the appropriate amount for the job done and customer was aware of the price before work was completed. Also part of the time there were 2 techs working on it to get the customer completed and back to work.

Great Service !
Tire went flat at night. Left car parked at Hancock with key in bag. Got call the next day from Brian telling me what was wrong and how much to repair. Pick d the car up that afternoon with my new tires. Inspection sticker was needed, that was taken care of also. Once again the experience, professionalism and treating me like family prevailed. Hancock Tire and Repair is what makes our country great! Brian is the future !
