Quick and easy cabin air filter
They worked me in right away to change cabin air filter as it had been too long since I’ve replaced it. Fresh cookies and drinks in waiting area, and everyone was very nice and professional. I will be returning for any future maintence!

This was my first time using Grease Monkey. The experience was very pleasant. The staff are super friendly and nice gives you a down home feeling. The customer service was exceptional. I will definitely be returning and recommending this shop. They will also save you money where they can. The whole experience was nothing short of perfect. And I don't normally leave reviews so this is saying a lot. The Ruskin location just got a new customer.

Overall a good experience, but had to call twice
I had a flat tire and called and asked them to order a tire for me so I could get it installed ASAP. The lady who answered the phone said she was going to do so and call me back. 90 minutes later I called back and got a different service advisor. He checked and saw there was no order for the tire. He took care of it, which was great. The tire came in the next day and it was installed without any difficulties.

If the first service advisor had ordered the tire as she said she would, I would’ve given the review a five. But she didn’t do what she said she was going to do. Hence a rating of four.
