I have had two appointments to repair a rear seal which is under warranty. Both times I had to wait an excessively long time. First time was 6.5 hours and the second time 3.5 hours which is ridiculous seeing that you guys set me up with the time “so we can get you in and out”. It always some excuse that only two guys showed up. Same excuse both times…. You don’t value my time and I will not return.
