Transmission Replacement
Global transmission provided frequent updates throughout the process and were able to get me back on the road quickly. Only reason for 4/5 stars is because after I drove home, I realized that my stereo system was not working. I looked under the hood and found that my audio power ground wire was ripped out from the car battery. Took about 30 mins to fix myself so not that big of a deal but, The company should’ve fixed it for me or at a minimum, told me about it prior to me driving off.

Acura trouble
I have had hesitation issues with my Acura for a while. I have taken my car to different repair shops without success. I was recently referred to Global Transmission by a friend and local business. I stopped in about 4:30 and they took my car for a drive, upon their return, I was told the issue with my car, estimated cost, and date it could be worked on. I arrived in the morning, dropped off my car when I returned my car was ready, the amount quoted to me was the same, and my car is running great. Thank you Global Transmission team for your expedited service on my car and your customer service is fantastic.

Went above and beyond
Rodney and his team did an excellent job on the vehicle I brought in needing a complete rebuild of the transmission. They made sure everything was working right before releasing the vehicle. Rodney could have let it go when there was a short delay in the clutch sticking but he knew that would cause problems down the road. He found it was a bad control module and had that replaced. Car runs great! This is the third vehicle I have sent his way and they have never failed me. Thank you Rodney, Adam, Jackie and the rest of the team for your hard work and dedication. God bless you!

Making good
My van’s transmission went out while on vacation. Global was referred to me by a local friend. They did their best to fix it by the end of the week. But when driving home.the transmission went out again. I took it back and the owner was extremely apologetic and said they would do everything they could to make it right. They did and I’ve had no problems since.
