Car wouldn't move.
As always, you did everything right. Good, clear information regarding what my car needed to have done, how much it would cost, and when the work would be completed. Other than the fact that I wish nothing in my car would ever break down, I always look forward to seeing you folks.

Gibbs did an amazing job fixing our F150.
Gibbs did a phenomenal job on our truck. They replaced the front suspension as well as the fuel pump and the truck runs great!

I Trust Them
I have an older car, a 2001 Lexus RX 300, and every time I take my car in for an oil change I ask them to identify any issues that might need attention. They are very thorough and always present me a detailed analysis of anything they find. I'm never pressured to make quick decisions and I feel free to prioritize the repairs in order of their importance to me. I feel confident in recommending them to anyone who wants quality work at a fair price

When things go south, Gibbs makes it right!
George, Michaela, and Savannah are exceptional. My Bonnie Midlife Wonder (BMW) was sick and they stepped up as per usual to manage the situation with grace and care. My family has been loyal customers for years since they always make it right.

Solved a problem that has been a pain for 5 years.
Five years ago, a check engine light appeared on the dash of my 2002 Toyota 4-Runner. It was warning of failure in the evap emissions system. The failure did not affect vehicle performance in any way. For the next 5 years, I tried to get it fixed. No one could fix it. A close friend suggested Gibbs Automotive. They found the problem and it is now fixed.

Friendly car shop
I am a happy repeat customer for about the past 6 years. George and Mikela at the front desk are friendly and know my car, the work is good and without delay, and I appreciate their help solving problems like how to add a bike rack to a car that isn't made to have one. I have recommended them previously and get great feedback.

Excellent - except the screen.
We've had excellent service since we moved here almost 6 years ago. But the screen in front of the steering wheel is different now. Is there a way to get it back to what I think is the standard setting?

Trustworthy and reliable
This is my go to shop. They are friendly, customer oriented, and always provide stellar service.
They are honest and efficient. They also provided an UBER ride and then a loaner car when the work on my car took a little longer. I am super happy with the exceptional service they provide and tell all my friends about them!!
