Solved a problem that has been a pain for 5 years.
Five years ago, a check engine light appeared on the dash of my 2002 Toyota 4-Runner. It was warning of failure in the evap emissions system. The failure did not affect vehicle performance in any way. For the next 5 years, I tried to get it fixed. No one could fix it. A close friend suggested Gibbs Automotive. They found the problem and it is now fixed.

Friendly car shop
I am a happy repeat customer for about the past 6 years. George and Mikela at the front desk are friendly and know my car, the work is good and without delay, and I appreciate their help solving problems like how to add a bike rack to a car that isn't made to have one. I have recommended them previously and get great feedback.

Excellent - except the screen.
We've had excellent service since we moved here almost 6 years ago. But the screen in front of the steering wheel is different now. Is there a way to get it back to what I think is the standard setting?

Trustworthy and reliable
This is my go to shop. They are friendly, customer oriented, and always provide stellar service.
They are honest and efficient. They also provided an UBER ride and then a loaner car when the work on my car took a little longer. I am super happy with the exceptional service they provide and tell all my friends about them!!

Like visiting family
Taking my car to Gibbs is like visiting family. I feel welcome. No one talks down to me because I'm female. The staff is friendly. And most importantly, I feel that I can trust that they do not do unnecessary work and they stand behind their work.

Prompt, affordable alternator installation
Gibb’s diagnosed the problem, found a replacement alternator, and finished the job the same day. They also charged less than the their estimate, because they said the serpentine belt was still good and didn’t need replacement.

Amazing Service
I can't say enough about how happy I am with Gibbs. Everyone there is so nice and they really take their time with you. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I used them for a pre-buy inspection, but if I lived closer I'd be dropping my current shop in a heartbeat. Go see them!
